I am starting to be a verry angry person. when my little sister get on tables or spills stuff on the ground or my mom starts arguing or even little things i feel as if my blood is literly boiling and i have to yell loud or hit the wall in order to calm down but i get angry rite over again...I didnt used to be like this but i think its cuz my parents have anger issues just as well....I really need help controling my anger especially in little sitautions like my baby sitter not listening...I hate yelling i dont want to anymore...Any suggestions would be great. thanks in advance
