i'm stressed out, what else do i turn to?

I've been really overwhelmed with everything in school, and haven't been getting enough sleep. I'm constantly tired, and find that i'm craving carbs ALL THE TIME. is there anything i can do to curb this? here is what i ate today, how many calories is this? I always try to see if i'm being normal or if i'm just an overeater hahah..

breakfast: oatmeal
lunch: 3 slices of turkey on mutligrain bread
dinner: cup & 1/2 of pasta with some sauce, onions, green peppers, & 1/4 cup of cheese
dessert: handful of grapes with cool whip, rice krispies treat, & a small cupcake from walmart.

i just like to hear imput from how many calories other people think this is..because I just think I make things up. haha
