I'm tired of my current hair style, any suggestions?

I'm no hair expert so I don't know what hair cut and color would fit me
I really want front bangs but I think my forehead may be too small
and i want to dye my hair but I don't know which color.
If you have any recommendations that would suit my face please let me know

I think bangs would just hide your face more. Something I noticed is that you have large brown eyes with thin eyebrows, which highlights that feature on your face, and if you get bangs I think it will make that area look more closed up. I think a shoulder-length cut would look good on you, with maybe some side-cut bangs that are brushed to one side. As for color, I think a lighter shade of brown might look good on you. It might bring out your tan and make your skin glow. But I'm no expert either. Good luck!
