Im trying to find a trucking Co. that well pay for my CDL. HELP?

Alright im about to turn 21 and i want to be a truck driver but i cant afford to get a CDL on my own dime, i have terrible credit and 2 moving violations and i live in Texas, is there any companys that well take me?.
