...some questions? I'm starting to save up now to take my boyfriend to Italy after I graduate high school. He'll be 20 and i'll be 18. I only have a summer job along with periodic babysitting so i'm thinking a vacation on the cheap....but i really want a nice hotel. Lol im babbling. Here are my Q's:

1) Where to go? I really want to go to Italy, but I want to know more about where to stay, what to do, money, etc?

2) How much money to save for this? Including some shopping, the hotel, attractions, a rental car or something.

3) I was thinking 2 weeks. This good?

Please answer! Thanks.

Very nice of you!!! You can do alot in Italy in 2 weeks. For travel, get a Eurorail pass and travel by train. You can actually hit a few Countries in Europe in 2 weeks, as everything is so close together.
You can start in Venice, and work your way across to Milan (lots of outdoor leatherjacket shops), then down to Pisa to see the leaning tower, then down to Rome(Coliseum,Vatican)
When in Milan, you'll be right at the Swiss border, so you can take a day or 2 into Switzerland.
There is a book called 'Let's Go' to Europe that was like a Bible for me! It had every single nook and cranny detail of where to go, where to stay, prices, directions, EVERYTHING!!
Enjoy your trip.
