Im very concerned about my future.[ACTING AND LANGUAGES] Please help me...

...and give me some advice. Im going to a french school in turkey. Im 15 and I cant speak english that well. I want to go to university in new york. I want to act. I know its not east bla bla but thats not what Im asking you to tell me. This french school doesnt give english classes and my english level gets lower from week to week. It was better a year ago. Im learning french but i dont think that its going to help me get in a college in NY OR help my acting. I guess I need to speak and learn english AMAZING to do both. Im very afraid and concerned. Does acting needs proper english or does it need only proper pronounciation? And what are some advices you can give to keep my english in a good level?

Well, if you want to be a good actress and speak English fluently, definitely go to college in NY. You will not only learn from your classes but by living in a mostly English speaking area, you will learn a lot. If you feel that it is necessary, take ESL classes as well. It really helps to actually be fluent in the language. In fact, on the way to becoming an actress try and pick up more skills. Get a driver's license. Learn to swim. Those are just a few skills that are desired for acting roles so you're not limited to learn those. The more skills you have apart from acting, the more potential you have. Good luck.
