...about being victims of racism? Seriously: racism exists. It targets African Americans, hispanics, Asian-Americans, Native Americans and Middle Easterners. Probably about 5% of all actual racism is directed toward white people. I'm not talking about a word said, I'm talking about racism that has an impact. Not only that, I don't know a white person who has ever been a victim of racism. Not one. And I live in a county that is 36% white...so, we are the minority here. The criminal justice system, the political system (how many African American Senators will there be next term?), the social system, the economic system all are racist in practice. They are getting less so, but to pretend like Whites are the victims of racism to even a quarter of the extent as other races is just absurd and quite frankly feeding continued vestiges of racism.

Why do so many white people whine about affirmative action, being victims of 'reverse racism', Obama's racism, etc.?
Sorry the Scotting in me doesn't fit your phenotypical definition. Seriously, I'm Scottish-German...Sorry that my avatar isn't light enough for you. I'm a little darker than the average white person, but Y!A template didn't allow me to get exact on in the color wheel.
American White Males have to be the first second class citizens to control 73% of the national GDP. Seriously?

Affirmative action is racist better qualified whites not getting a job because we need more minorities.

Let's see, you and a black guy both graduated from the same college, your GPA was slightly higher than his, you both have relatively similar resumes, good references, but you have slightly more experience in the field you are applying for but he gets the job because he's black. Now, tell me what would happen if that exact same situation were reversed.....

SUYG, my man, my man. I hear you and I always aprieciate when someone crosses the tracks and actually looks at what the rest of mankind sees, I see caucasions who tell it like that make alot of enemies on your own side. It seems the popular thing is to thinly vail the racism in subtleties and then if questioned sail it up de-nile (denial) river and acuse the persons who called them out of being reverse racists. On top of that the ones that kill me are the ones who really don't know and don't see it because maybe there is no non-white where you live for you to even take a look into the life of,refuse to even just just up and sit in their admitted ignorance while lisening or not listening to an actual experienced oppinion. But yes my people. Americans of any race or mixture, racism is a huge problem, that is mainly in America, white vs. others. I have seen hispancs against hispanics, and asians against asians, but the barely undercover white supremacist rule of this country drasticly affects it's citizens and the direction of this countries future.

Personally my black ass needed to hear this becuse I was starting to believe no one really wanted racisms run of America to end.

You can't name any examples though? On either side? So by your logic no racism exists anywhere. I disagree.

And even as an American Indian I can say that I have never in my life experienced racism. You're wrong all the way around.

Before you give your next series of mindless words strung into sentences, please keep in mind that the most powerful man in the United States is a minority.

when is the last time lets say...George Bush told the Black Community they owed White America a apology for what happened 100 years ago, you see the facts is that they are not whining about being "victims of racism," they are whining because in today's America if you DISAGREE with the president you are CALLED...called....called and just so we are clear....CALLED RACIST, that is different from being a victim of race, however when people just like you live in the past and can not seem to move forward in your life it only makes problems worse.

I can't get certain jobs because i am not bilingual. That is a form of racism.

I'm not sure what constitutes as racism but if we are just going by crime statistics whites are far more likely to be victims of violent crimes by minorities than the other way around.

1. Interesting Avatar for a "white guy" you are free to have it of course, just, interesting.

2.The greatest group benefited by affirmative action were white women.

I'm white and don't really see that too often. I see way more racist white people than I do white people complaining about racism.
