I'm wondering whether or not I ate healthy today...?

please help!

Breakfast: 1 cup of honey nut cheerios, 3/4 cups skim milk,

Lunch: 2 slices of whole wheat bread with peanut butter (grilled, but not with butter or any spread) and a granny smith apple... mmm

Dinner: 1 chicken breast baked, with a little flavoring, 1/2 cup brown rice cooked, and some broccoli (plain.)

I may have a pack of crisps later (45 calories.)
Was this healthy?
 
That is great but you should also add a mid morning snack and an afternoon one too. Don't forget lots of water. Try to add more protien. Good Job!
 
you ate very good today, but you might want to try adding nuts or protein to your diet. Don't eat protein bars because they are full or calories. Don't forgot water-8 glasses, and juice with breakfast is good too.
