what do you think about the immigration laws for young people wanting
to study in the states?
i am asking out of personal expiriance being a traveler in the u.s (with visa and all)
and while i was there i was looking at schools since i wanted to study there.
i have enough money and all the statements needed so i wanted to start right away.
then i came to my problem with the laws. they said i must get back to my country, apply there and wait till i get approved. but i heard from friends that that was their way to say we won't give you a visa since we think you will not go to school and stay here forever.
what can i say, didn't have many options at the time but now i want to see if there was something i could have done, so im looking for all sorts of law articles and papers about immigration for students in the hopes i might find something relevant. so if you came across any such paper send it my way. thanks
