Does a child age 7 and 11 have to see their father every other weekend if he is mean to them? Such as calling them names, making fun of them and making them cry and bad mouthing the mother in front of the kids. Is there a legal way to get them out of seeing their father? Both kids hate their father and truly want nothing to do with him because he is such a jerk to them. He doesn't make them feel good at all.
So that is why I was wondering. Is there a way they don't have to be forced to see their father?
