I`ve been using the ImToo DVD Ripper Platinum 5 for a while now,and it`s perfect for my needs, but recently it seemed to have acquired a bug that prevents it`s further use.
When I press the RIP button my entire laptop immediately freezes up and I have to reboot the computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice....that didn`t work,neither did trying to contact the seller website as they wanted more information about my computer than I could possibly know without being an actual technician myself.
Incidentally I downloaded a trial version of the newer Platinum 6 DVD Ripper from them and that works just fine,but it costs another $40 approximately and doesn`t give me anything more than I already have as far as personal needs go.
Any help in actualy resolving this mini crisis would be gratefully accepted
