In 2015, will hackers be able to emulate PS1-xbox on a handheld console?

I hack anything i can. psp, ds, wii, BB-Gun(haha i made it break a light bulb)you name it. So in 2015, what will the limits be? will the firewalls be too big to run custom programs? All i'm asking is what will we be able to emulate on handhelds in 2015? Dreamcast (DUHHHHHHH)? Gimie ur opinion.
