J jamesbergen50 New member Sep 25, 2010 #4 Here you are allowed to ride them down the shoulder of the road to check on neighbors or to get to town for food. What ever excuse looks best. And in a major storm it is hard to tell were the shoulder is. Kind of a gray area.
