in dash tv on my truck video help?

i have a in dash screen on my truck and just play music but i wanna know if theres a program out there thats free to use that would let me burn a cd with a image showing in the backgroung while the song plays, oonly one image trough out the music cd if any let me know

If it has a USB port u should be able to plug a flash drive into it. Just put whatever pic u want to c on the flash drive with your computer. Probably have to b a J-PEG image. Good luk
