It means shes thinks she's making light of something she sees (and therefore what God must see) as something very serious. Therefore, God better have a sense of humor if she hopes to avoid His wrath.

edit- oh...she says "anecdotal proof". An anecdote is a short personal account

she says "i have seventeen years worth of anecdotal proof he does"
