my friends and i usually play non stop football (meaning no breaks) on thursdays my stamina runs out till about 2-3 hours of playing ...but today i carried on playing for 4 hours and i still felt like i could run around more... bear in mind i didn't eat much food nor did i have any water with me.
i told my friend about it and he said oh you "broke your wall its a fitness thing"
