position than Andrew Luck? Is Matt Kalil a better Left tackle than Andrew Luck is at QB?

For those who don't know, Kalil is regarded as the best O-line prospect in the last decade. On the other hand, Andrew Luck is also regarded as the best QB prospect in a long time.
@David- Care to substantiate your answer?

I've never seen Kalil play. It's also very hard to judge an o-lineman. I was never as high on Luck as everyone else. He's good, but there have been others that looked really good coming out of college (like Jamarcus Russell).
