In spite of the debate & arguing here in YA, in reality, do you even care anymore?

Do you still feel like we can make a difference (regardless of what your leanings are)?
 
Yes i do.
One thing in Americas history always remains the same and that is the people.
Its was people coming together that brought us the Declaration of Independence.It was people coming together that brought us the Constitution.People working together brought us threw WW ll,the dust bowl,cold war,the great depression.
If we as a people stand united we can make change.Our Government is unique in that it works from the people.We are in charge,we just forgot that for a while.
 
Yes, people always have the ability to make a difference. It just might mean some large sacrifices of comfort.
 
The only way we can make a difference is for the people to stop bickering among them selves and unite against the government. We the people are the ones that are to be in control, not the government. And yes, I care for my country, and I want to make a difference. I will never give up trying to make a difference. If you don't stand for something you will fall for anything. An attitude of not caring shows that you have already fallen. Stand up and be proud of the greatest country in the world...America the Beautiful.
 
Yes, I care. I know I can't change anything alone. But trying beats the hell out of apathy, which will accomplish nothing.
 
I care about fellow Americans but not so much about our government that panders to corporations while crapping all over the middle class like we are in their way.

Our voting is done by electronic voting machines which don't leave a paper trail

Our Supreme court decided a corporations desire for your land is more worthy than your own by passing eminent domain.

Our Supreme court decided a corporation counts as a person so they can control elections with bombarding the media with political adds

The Sumpreme court in Florida decided to stop the vote count during the Bush vs Gore election and determined who our president should be.

Do I care?

Yes, I care very much or I probably would be watching television right now or sitting in a bar getting drunk.

Do I think what anyone does will make any real difference?

I care because I'm determined to help blacks escape their stereotypes and pull themselves out of poverty without dependency on the federal government
 
It is possible that if the money is taken out of politics we have a chance if not then we are doomed.
