In the Gossip Girl books what finger does Blair wear her ruby ring on?

And in the books, is the ruby in the shape of a heart or does it not say?

I've read all the GG books, so, here goes..

She got it when Nate bought it for her from Tiffany & Co.
It is a simple sapphire-cut ruby ring. That's how it's described, and she wears it on her ring finger. She twists it around and around when she feels nervous. I don't watch the show much, so I don't know about that.
