ok first peanut butter is WAY better for you then creme cheese!! use the all natural kind with no sugar added and use some whole wheat bread. if you are going to eat carbs morning is the best time to do it, give your body the day to use them all up!
wow listening to you guys brings me back to the hard days when i was dieting. i havent gained weight since then and i eat "good" like i eat what i want good. and plus in the mornings is the best time to eat bread. and if you love bread go with it. my moms is as skinny as a pole and bread is her favorite meal....with lots of butter..nver made her thick lol...so lighten up guys (not literally)
