in UFC, how many months before a champion gets stripped off his championship belt?

we all know that brock lesnar is ill and he can't get back to training. do you think that dana white will take the heavyweight title from brock lesnar if he can't fight for the next few months?
 
No, Dana White will not strip Brock Lesnar of the Championship, until there has been final resolution in regards to his health and whether or not he can fight again.

Randy Couture took nearly a year off, and the UFC did not strip the Championship.

They did however have that "intrim" belt between Frank Mir and an unhealthy Nog who could not train because of the staff infection he had the like time in the hospital.

But right now most of the Top Heavyweights either have matches all ready :
Frank Mir vs. Kongo
Dos Santos vs. Musofa
Cro Cop vs. forgot the dudes name
Nog staff infection again,
Carwin MCL recovery
