In what states is it illegal (or are there any?) for minors to compete in mma?

If you know or just know where I could find the info, that would be great. I need to figure out if I can do a persuasive speech about this or not. Please help!
 
Are you trying to sign up for mma cage fighting or training? I read that minors aren't usually allowed to sign waivers, but it doesn't say anything about it being illegal, but over the age of 18 I know you can participate in the sport.
 
All states.

You have to be at least 18 to compete, unless you have your parents written consent.
