increasing video memory of my laptop graphic card?

i have a sony vaio VGN-CS24GH laptop, it has intel GMA 4500 mhd graphic card which has 128 mb of
memory, in my intel gma settings i see that its total video ram is 1.3 gb, but i am only getting 128 mb
of it. can anyone please tell me how to increase it.

The video memory size are set within the BIOS, you need to get into the BIOS and set if you can change it, Sony normally fixed their video memory on the VGN models so you may not get far.
