I've been thinking about signing up for Verizon's FIOS. After looking throught the info Verizon has on their website I found out that they send one of their installers to your home to run the fiber optic lines at a cost per line of $54.99.
I know that I'll have to pay a monthly fee to "rent" the FIOS equipment, but are there any other fees associated with the FIOS initial setup?
P.S. I realize that I could simply call or email Verizon directly, but I'd rather get info from someone who's been through the process. Company reps lie all the time about fees.
