Info on the samsung glyde plan for verizon?

I'm planning on buying the samsung glyde for verizon. I'm wondering if I have to pay a monthly fee just for having the phone, like you have to do for the blackberry. By the way, just in case it matters, I'm buying the phone used (from a place that gaurantees it to be used for just a few days). Thanks for the information.
 
no if you are buying tha phone via without a contract you dont have to pay a penny outta pocket to have it< only you have to pay for it if you get a verizon contract se up with it
