I will be finishing up my week 1 of Insanity today, and now thru 5 days so far I noticed a big change in hunger. I was snacking throughout the day thru the first 5 days. Now on the 6th day I noticed a big change in appetite. Has anyone else gotten this while doing Insanity? I literally eat and I'm hungry 30 min-1 hour later as I feel like I'm not full.
