Installing factory bluetooth with onstar?

i have a 2007 saturn outlook XE and it cam with the standard radio and on star. im going to put in the new navigation radio. what will i need for that? and also im looking for the factory bluetooth with the steering wheel controls. what will i need for that? i heard something about a VCIM (whatever that is) becasue of the on star?
