i've been "trying" to eat healthy lately and been eating oatmeal alot
i dont see a difference health-wise unless you get something like brown suger oatmeal.
but i choose instant, it has the perfect serving for me, and it tastes better,
i get the one with fruit in it. if its real fruit idk. but I usually eat a banana or apple with it anyways
if you're looking for flavor, go with instant
