Instead of yellow cake mix can i use WHITE cake mix for the upside down

pineapple cake recipe? the recipe says yellow cake mix...but i only have white cake mix...would this be okay??

Sure you can! It's just that yellow cake tastes a little richer than white cake does. But if that does not bother you, I say go for it! (and use the whole egg, not just the whites.)

Absolutely! I've made it with white cake mix before.

You can, but I think it will alter the flavor slightly. Also, instead of using the water the cake mix calls for, use the juice from the pineapples and add water if necessary to make the desired amount.
