I'm 17, but will be 18 by the time I get the car (if i get the car, still debating). I've been driving for almost a year and a half under my parent's insurance, and I have a clean record (1 accident but it was 100% other lady's fault. she admits it too) I have a 4.0 GPA also. My parents both have clean records and have a really low insurance rate, I think it's around 300 a year for both.
