I purchased a motorola zune or zine around june of 2009. I've been paying insurance on that phone since then till now. I pay 6$ a month. That phone is not in the best condition at all, the charging port is loose and the phone itself has a few dents.
Is there a way of me receiving a replacement for the phone at no cost? I don't they make that model or carry that model anymore.
