Interconnecting dreams with my boyfriend.?

Not going to go into details or anything because it was a pretty boring dream but basically in my dream I called my boyfriend and he answered and shouted at me and the said you cheat on me and I'll go cheat on you!!
When I woke up I had a message from my boyfriend saying "I just dreamt you cheated on me :'(".
I know it's just a dream, but we are both so loyal and faithful to each other but I just find it cool/freaky our dreams connected?.
Any idea why?

well idk how to give you a scientific explenation but it could be

A: a coincidence
B: If you guys think alike somtimes you can have very similar dreams
And C: If you talked bout somthing like tht or somthing tht might make you think bout tht u can have a dream like tht
remember when we dream its because the brain,compairing to pc,its reorganizing lots of things so when we dream there are alot of things mixed up because of our thoughts,memories,and things in our subconscious
