I want to move into Real Estate Investing and becoming a bird dog. Should I become an assistant to a Realtor first?
I need something to bring in money on the more immediate end of things, and am wondering if it would help me to bring in some cash while learning.
Bonus question: Would telling a Realtor that I am interested in getting into REI/bird dogging be a positive or negative thing to note on my resume's cover letter?
