Interesting Informative Speech Topic?

I have to do an informative speech for my speech(surprise!) class. I'm brainstorming ideas and nothing interesting is coming to my head. I want some visual aids of possible and if i have to like make something that would be fine too because the following week i have to do a demonstration speech and those are allowed to go hand-in-hand ha. THANKS!
