"However, 'and the Word was a god' is a perfectly legitimate translation of the Greek here."

Thom Stark is currently a graduate student at Emmanuel School of Religion in Johnson City, Tennessee.
OK, maybe I should have said, "IS IT interesting that a Trinitarian theology grad student agrees with the NWT at John 1:1?...."

But in standard English, the "IS IT" is implied in the question.

And Yahoo only gives a limited number of letters to work with.

About as interesting as if a Zoroastrian plumber declared that "Jehovah" is a perfectly legitimate translation of the Greek "Dominos".
