I have a 97 ford thunderbird with 30k miles, recently all my interior lights will not turn off. I sprayed wd40 and cleaned my lock assembly and I had no luck. Next I checked my fuses underneath my dash and I do not have any power going to my PANEL lps or my fog 1 fuses. How do I get power to those fuses again? The fuses are brand new but I can't get power to them and my lights still remain on.
