Internal memory in my nokia E5?

i have a nokia E5,and the memory in c seem to be lessen and lessen...i have taken a video from afriend and already deleted them..before i download the video..my memory in c have about 155mb then after i take the video my memory of course lessen to
150...but after i deleted the video my memory in c become 152...and no longer 155mb....pls...someone help..why is my memory seem to be lessen there after..

if the video was sent to u in a message, it stays in ur phone til u delete the message. U can go into ur message settings and change the default message saving memory to memory card. Also, go into ur camera settings and change the default image and video saving location to the memory card too.
When u are downloading apps and themes, save them to ur memory card. If u use the nokia app store u can set ur memory card as the preferred saving location in the installation preferences section of ur store account.
If u have apps saved in ur c drive already, delete them and download them again, this time save them to the card.
Use ur file manager to move any photos, videos, music and files that u have added to ur phone from c drive to ur memory card.
U need to keep ur c drive as clear as u can for ur phone to run smoothly.
