Internet bullying: how much is too much?

I been a victim of this for a while now, but been tryin' to pass it off as my own weaknesses and shortcomings; until recently.
At some point it clicked in my head that... just because someone tells you you need to 'learn to take a joke,' doesn't mean that's really the situation. Humor, I've learned, is very objective.
Yet, this problem has led me to problems sleeping, slightly high blood pressure, and an elevated heart rate. Does anyone have a similar experience, and how do you know when the teasing is no longer with you, but at you?

its too much as soon as you start to feel like you already are feeling. if it makes you feel like shit then thats too much. if its only on the internet cant you just not talk to these people anymore? or do you see them aswell?
