Internet Connection download and upload speeds?

I have armstrong cable and my network connection says it's connected at 100 Mb/s
I did a test because my internet runs kind of slow and it showed Download speeds of 7.5 Mb/s
Upload of 492 Kb/s Should those be higher?

Forget the 100 Mb/s thing. It may be able to handle speeds that fast, but you're not getting and ISP to give you that kind of speed unless you pay an outragous price.

7.5 Mb/s is actually not bad at all. It's not super great, but not bad. I get 10.0 Mb/s from my cable.

DSL speeds vary from less than 1Mb/s to ... up to 6 Mb/s. So, you're faster than DSL , as you should be with cable
