Internet connection help !!! Need help with youtube etc?

Okay, so I have a windows XP and I've been able to use the internet perfectly until a few days ago. Now, I can only acess sites that do not require a log in. For example, a website like myspace or youtube just doesn't work for me. I get this error message:

Connection Interrupted-The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

Trying again doesn't help. Can someone please help me?
I haven't been able to do this fora lot of days so it's not what the first guy answered

This is because sometimes their server is so crowed that it crashes for a couple of hours while their technicians are trying to get it back online again. Its not you or your internet's problem, because other sites are fine. So just hang on a while and
