internet explorer error msg?

when i try to open any page i got error msg it said ( send error report ) or ( dont send ) haw i fix this problam plz .. i just formated my PC today .
 
unintall internet explorer and then install again.Also scan for virus and ad/spy ware.try Mozilla Firefox first.
 
You should use Mozilla Firefox. I used IE for a long time and it used to do that to me and I got fed up with it. So I use Mozilla Firefox now. Way better.

IE is messed up. Go to 'add/remove programs' and repair or remove it completely and reinstall it.
