I'm currently running Vista and I'm 100% positive that I am connected to the internet because I pinged yahoo from the cmd prompt and AIM/MSN both work.
I'm not sure why my browsers refuse to display any webpages (including the default router 192.168.1.1)
This all started a few months ago when IE stopped working. Didn't bother me much because I continued to use Firefox. But a few days ago Firefox did an automatic update and all the broswers stopped working..
Any advice?
I've already restarted a couple of times and attempted to check the firewall settings (i deleted the programs from the exceptions list and added them back)
I've also deleted and reinstalled firefox.
