Internet Explorer is telling me that every website with an SSL encryption...

...is unsafe and is blocking them!? Every website (including GoDaddy, Yahoo! and Amazon) keep getting blocked and no pictures are shown and its really hard to do anything with them! This morning the power supply went and we got a new one installed.
What do I do to stop this happening?!
