I cannot do anything on reg. windows. Only on Safemode. Cannot scan my pc. Not even on safemode. I do not know whats causing this. Haven't installed anything in almost a month besides Gears Of War.
If anyone could help. Please give advise or help fix.
Remember I cant scan my pc because of the IE windows that are opening. I cant stop them i cant prevent them. I have to do things through Safemode. But cant scan my pc with any antivirius unless it will install in Safemode and run in safemode.
Except When In Safemode I cannot preform scans. Windows will not allow .exe's to run in safemode unless its Windows own program.
Also meaning...No i cannot go to those websites and scan anything...sorry but that doesnt help any...
I dont know what to do...Cant stay outta safemode long enough to do anything. And While in safemode cant do anything..
So What do i do?

Repair found nothing to repair and found Vista to be working perfectly fine.
Hopefully restoring works...Cause if not i have to lose everything and start all over
