Everytime I open a webpage in Internet Explorer 7, Windows Vista,
I get the following message:
"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address. "

This has been happening for over 2 weeks.
I have tried to reset all the settings,
System Restored it twice.
Started it in safe mode and it worked fine,
is there anyway possible that i can fix this, without having to restoring my computer to it's factory settings ?

i'll have to say first that i used to get the same msg from time to time with IE but never after i shift to firefox...have been said that, try installing an antipyware program AVG ANTI-SPYWARE

With Internet Explorer opened, go to Tools, Internet Options, under the General tab click Delete temporary files, history, cookies, saved passwords, and web form information.

Go to Windows Update and download the available updates.
