Internet explroer 64-bit in start menu?

I have vista 64-bit and in the start menu it says Internet explorer and undernet Internet explorer 64-bit

what's the difference?

The one that simply says Internet Explorer is the 32-bit version, whereas the one that says Internet Explorer 64-bit is the 64-bit version.
