Internet only works when someone is using the phone?

My internet only works if someone if using the phone, i've replaced the filter but its still the same problemWhat can i do?we've called talktalk about the problem and they dont know whats wrong, and its hard to explain to them because when we call them the internet starts working.What is wrong with our internet?Thanks

If you've checked all the m/filters making sure you have on on everything connected into the phone line and your not using any telephone extensions and your in the master socket then you will need to call your telephone line provider and report this , it could be a crossed wire or or a problem with the card in the exchange.RegardsSarah.

if new filter in back plate of nte (master) and no joy, either capacitor going in nte (needs engineer visit) or exchange problem, talk talk should get openreach to deal
