Internet web browsing help?

My computer is funky, in iTunes I can acess the iTunes store and in

run>search>search the internet

I can acess the internet fine

,but in internet explorer and firefox it wont connect can you plz plz plz plz help me?

also this web browser thing doesnt have an address bar :(

also I cant do system restore cause i dont have a restore point
 
This happend to my old old Dell back in 2005 I did a system restore that fixed it right up, then it happend again 2 months later and I just reinstalled windows.

LoL I wish I would have thought of the Run>search>Search the internet thing.. GENIUS
