interracial relationship and family related question...?
So I finally told my parents about my boyfriend and I. I`m italian and he`s haitian we`ve been together for 5 years. My mom met him and everything and loves him. My dad on the other hand isn`t really talking to me much. He`s mad that my brother knew all along and didn`t say anything, but like my brother told him it was up to me to tell my parents not him. It`s 2 weeks that my dad knows, the first week he was still talking to me and wasn`t all that bad but last week he asked me if i`m still a virgin and obviously not it`s been 5 years and I am 24 years old and since then he won`t talk to me or even look at me. He barely says hi and if I try talking to him he totally freaks out and starts screaming and basically doesn`t want to hear me. I still live at home and don`t know what to do.
I just wonder if it`s going to be like this for a lot longer or not, I can`t even talk to him. I get in from work do my stuff quickly and spend the night out with friends, my boyfriend or in my room.
