Audio stopped working a while ago external speaker don't work n headphone either no sounds coming out at all , I restored it through iTunes n it just got worse know if I lock the screen it will shut down right after n I have to turn it on again to use it help it hasn't been dropped or any where near water I restored it to factory settings n reset it n nothing
